Exchange to LDAP keeps your phone system address book in sync with your company's Exchange contacts list. When you add a new client to your Outlook address book, your phone system is updated automatically. Greet all your customers by name the next time they call, without needing to enter details using a fiddly phone handset.
Exchange2LDAP provides an automated way of updating an LDAP Server or SQL table (both of which are available for free) with the contents of one or several contacts databases within Exchange (either Personal or Public Folders).
Many phone systems can then sync with an LDAP Server, but this was written specifically for the
Avaya IP Office Systems. A long time was spent surfing the 'Net to find something to do this, and other than
